    Proper Food Storage

    • Be sure to refrigerate or freeze any perishable items as soon as possible.

    • Check any storage instructions on labels.

    • Be on the alert for any spoiled food. If it looks or smells suspicious, throw it out.

    • Discard any moldy food.

    • Clean the refrigerator often and wipe up any spills immediately.

    • Leftovers should be stored in air-tight containers.
