The Fly on the Ceiling

Two Dimensions
::两维Over the course of the chapter, we have been measuring the positions of objects using number lines. However, a number line can only be used to measure an object in one dimension. To measure the location of an object in two dimensions , we will need to use two number lines: a vertical number line and a horizontal number line.
