What is a Home Care Aide?
::什么是家庭护理援助?

A Home Care Aide provides care to individuals in their homes. These individuals , we refer to as clients. They may have had recent surgery, have a chronic illness, or even be on hospice.

They may also be older adults who need help with everyday  essential tasks. Your responsibilities will differ with each client and are determined by the Home Care Team C ase M anager. NEVER PERFORM ANY PROCEDURES THAT YOU HAVE NOT BEEN TRAINED FOR AND THAT ARE NOT ON THE CLIENT'S CARE PLAN.

 Home Care Aide is an entry-level job. Wages are just above minimum wage.  This is the beginning of your career in the medical field and as you climb the ladder your earning potential increases.

This course is 40 hours and at the end of the course, we will help you apply for your state license from the Department of Social Services.
