    You: Hi doctor, I'm not feeling well. I'm dizzy,   and I have a runny nose . I've also been coughing and sneezing .

    Doctor: I see. When did the symptoms start?

    Doctor: Are you also vomiting ?

    You: No.

    Doctor: Okay, let me check your temperature and blood pressure first.

    Doctor: Your temperature is high , but your blood pressure is normal. It seems like you may have a bad cold.

    You: Oh no, what can I do?

    Doctor: You should get plenty of rest , drink plenty of fluids , and take some medicine to help with your symptoms. If your symptoms don't improve in a few days, come back and see me again.
