Simple Harmonic Motion
::简单调和动作The trigonometric functions sine and cosine are used to describe the behavior of objects undergoing simple harmonic motion—a motion that repeats itself in a predictable manner. For example, a pendulum swinging back and forth is an example of an object that exhibits simple harmonic motion. A buoy's fluctuating distance from the ocean floor is another example of harmonic motion.
